Job Purpose and Impact
The Travel Agent supports corporate travelers by booking routine travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with company travel policy. This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of travel systems, preferred suppliers, and service standards while delivering high-quality customer support.
In this role, you will coordinate and execute low to medium complex requirements to provide inputs to the global category team.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute medium complex requests for travel sourcing process.
- Drive implementation of local sourcing decisions and support local implementation of regional or global sourcing decisions.
- Book domestic air, hotel, and car reservations using approved tools and systems
- Ensure bookings meet company travel policy requirements
- Provide responsive and courteous service to travelers and arrangers
- Accurately document bookings and maintain required records
- Follow standard operating procedures and service guidelines
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to travel booking tools or customer service environments
- Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Concur)
- GDS experience preferred (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo)
