Description
These are your tasks:- You support Category Purchasers in project execution activities, including Stagegate and PLSC processes, reporting activities and project team monitoring.
- You coordinate activities throughout the entire SEP process and ensure that all relevant milestones are achieved on time.
- You drive successful project execution with regard to timing, cost and quality targets and actively support the achievement of project objectives.
- You secure timely commitment and resources from cross-functional stakeholders, including Development, V&A and Quality Management, and actively follow up on agreed actions.
- You proactively identify and mitigate purchasing and project risks, drive projects towards release at the first PLSC presentation and contribute to the achievement of defined purchasing savings targets.
Who we are looking for:
- You have professional experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and possess a solid technical understanding of industrial processes.
- Experience in cross-functional project teams, combined with strong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in an international environment, distinguishes you.
- You have fluent German language skills and a good to fluent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional foreign language skills, particularly French, are an advantage.
- A structured and methodical way of working, strong self-management skills, as well as the ability to make decisions and drive actions through to successful implementation, are among your key strengths.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong results orientation, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and build effective working relationships round off your profile.
