The Role
We are seeking a driven professional with the right design skills to join our Training & Development team as an Instructional Designer. Key duties include developing curriculums and training materials to consistently meet training objectives. The role works with subject matter experts, instructors and educational partners to create and deploy coursework that adheres to the overall training and development strategy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to reflect and consistently adjust coursework to meet the needs of the business. The ability to identify skill gaps and select the appropriate training method to grow employee performance is a must for success in this role. The right Instructional Designer will have facilitation experience and the ability to deliver content to a wide range of audiences. Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology or related field of study
- One year of instructional design experience preferred (intern experience accepted)
- One year experience delivering training in instructor-led format preferred
- Experience with productivity software such as Microsoft Office required
- Experience creating and delivering learning materials within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with Articulate and varied e-learning formats preferred
