We are proud to be a primary provider for the VA Community Care Network, serving our nation's veterans with specialized rehabilitation, deep tissue, and manual therapy. Our clinic provides a stable, consistent environment where veterans can receive long-term care for chronic pain and injury recovery without the hassle of bureaucracy. We handle all the administrative work so our therapists can focus entirely on the patient.

We also believe that you cannot pour from an empty cup. At Onelove Healing, we prioritize the well-being of our team just as much as our clients. From Franchise Burnout to Kingdom Purpose Onelove Healing LLC was born out of a desire to redeem the massage therapy industry from its broken norms. With nearly 20 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and a decade working within high-volume franchise locations in the Twin Cities, the Founder experienced firsthand the "churn and burn" culture that plagues the profession: physical injury, financial instability, and a lack of retirement security.

The Founding Vision Determined to create a sanctuary rather than just another clinic, Onelove Healing was established in River Falls, WI, with a dual mission: to provide Christ-centered, medical-grade care to patients and to build a sustainable, abundance-minded career path for therapists. The goal was to prove that a clinic could be profitable while prioritizing the physical and spiritual health of its healers.

Pioneering the VA Connection A pivotal moment in the company’s history was the decision to serve the veteran community. The Founder was (to the best of our knowledge) the second Massage Therapist in the state of Wisconsin to successfully join the VA Community Care Network. By navigating the complex enrollment process and engineering a proprietary system for medical documentation and billing, Onelove Healing transformed a bureaucratic hurdle into its greatest strategic asset.

The Evolution: From Solo Practice to Ecosystem What began as a private practice has evolved into a "Turnkey Ecosystem." Today, Onelove Healing stands as a model for how to integrate medical massage, veteran care, and employee wellness. We have moved from simply providing therapy to creating a legacy—a place where therapists can build wealth, avoid injury, and find a true sense of belonging.

At Onelove Healing, we believe that you cannot pour from an empty cup. We have designed a compensation and benefits package that goes far beyond industry norms to support your financial future, your health, and your longevity in this career.

Our financial package offers stable W-2 employment with competitive pay progression (starting at 40% commission and growing to 50% in the first year). As a W-2 employee, you avoid the heavy self-employment tax that independent contractors pay because we cover the employer portion of your taxes, meaning you keep significantly more of your hard-earned money. We also help you build long-term wealth with a 2.5% to 5% employer retirement match.

For your health and wellness, we provide a monthly reimbursement ($120–$200/mo) to support your health care costs (we recommend Redeem HealthShare). We also pay $50–$150/mo toward your gym or fitness membership and offer a unique "Healthy Sleep Incentive"—a monthly bonus of $25 specifically for prioritizing your rest and recovery.

To support your professional growth, we cover all operational expenses including rent, linens, oils, marketing, and booking software so you have no overhead or administrative burdens—you just show up and heal. We pay for your ABMP membership, Liability Insurance, and provide full access to EliteLearning CEUs. Additionally, we invest approximately $2,500 to credential you with the VA Community Care Network, providing you with a steady stream of consistent clients.

Finally, we prioritize your physical longevity. Our clinic is equipped with self-care tools and exercise monitors to help you unwind and recover between sessions, and we actively encourage a lifestyle that prevents burnout and injury.
