Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community mental health and a passion for working with diverse populations, including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. As a Psychiatrist at our center, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. We are looking for an individual who is able to evolve and provide leadership alongside the growth of the company, including continuously enhancing their skills and adapting to new challenges and opportunities as Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare continues to change and expand. Candidate must be eligible and obtain all required licensure in the state of Indiana.
