Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Occasional additional hours may be required during month-end, year-end, audit, or budgeting cycles.
Salary Range: $95,000-$130,00 annually (Including Bonus)
$2,500 hiring bonus

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day accounting function and provide guidance to the accounting team.
- Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and reports that support sound business decisions.
- Partner with company leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Oversee accounts payable, payroll, tax reporting, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate annual audits and work with external financial partners and government agencies as needed.
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting practices.
- Develop accounting policies that support efficiency, accuracy, and long-term business growth.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to company leadership by providing timely analysis and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Experience overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships across departments and communicate financial information to non-financial leaders.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial planning.
