Merchandising Operation Specialist is responsible for procurement activities for one or multiple plants. You will coordinate and execute low- to medium-complexity procurement tasks, including raw material purchasing.
You will communicate effectively with RMS, suppliers, and various plant departments to achieve team objectives. Based on production plans, raw material inventory levels, and supply conditions, you will develop material logistics plans to ensure production needs are met
Key Accountabilities
Execute procurement request processes of moderate complexity.
Communicate effectively with plant departments, SME buyers, and suppliers to resolve raw material-related issues and support project delivery.
Drive the implementation of local sourcing decisions and support execution of regional/global procurement strategies locally.
Build and apply understanding of the local market, business needs, and procurement environment.
Analyze raw material demand and supply and plan delivery schedules to meet production requirements.
Collect, organize and analyze plant master data to identify issues and propose improvements plan.
Handle routine issues under supervision; escalate complex issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or equivalent English proficiency
