Description
Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-time or Full-time)
Onelove Healing LLC River Falls, WI
About the Role
Onelove Healing LLC is a Christ-centered, medical and rehabilitation-focused clinic. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in a W-2 employed position.
The core focus of this role is to provide specialized rehabilitation, deep tissue, and manual therapy. You will primarily be serving veterans through the VA Community Care Network.
The VA Community Care Advantage: Stability Without the Bureaucracy The VA Community Care Network is a virtually unlimited, nationwide resource that provides a steady stream of veterans who frequently become lifelong clients. Unlike typical spa or clinic environments, there is no pressure to "sell" memberships or haggle for rebooking; the work here is consistent, long-term, and deeply rewarding.
To the best of my knowledge, I was the second Massage Therapist in the state of Wisconsin to join this network. Over the years, I have navigated the extensive and complex enrollment requirements, and engineered a highly streamlined system for billing, scheduling, and medical documentation. While you could attempt to navigate the VA system in a private practice, the administrative burden is heavy. At Onelove Healing, I have done that heavy lifting for you. You step into a turnkey system where the difficult bureaucracy is managed entirely by the clinic. This efficiency is exactly what allows us to pay significantly above the industry norm—you get the financial benefits of VA work without the headache, allowing you to simply show up and heal.
Focus on Healing: All Expenses Covered
We believe your focus should be entirely on client care. The clinic handles all operational overhead, including:
Rent, utilities, and booking software
Linens and professional oils
Marketing and client acquisition
VA Credentialing: We invest approximately $2,500 per therapist to credential you with the VA Community Care Network.
Your mission is simple: Show up and heal.

Stewardship of the Whole Self: We value physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Commitment to Learning: A fundamental willingness to ongoing learning and self care. Openness to constructive feedback is important here.
Excellence & Integrity: We hold ourselves to high professional standards in every interaction.

We invest in these tools because we know that when our employees are healthy and restored, they provide the highest level of care to our veterans.
A Personal Note from the Founder
Having worked for franchise locations throughout the Twin Cities for over a decade, I deeply understand the challenging working conditions that many massage therapists face. I know the burnout, the physical toll, and the financial uncertainty that plagues our industry. When I established Onelove Healing and decided to expand our team, I made a determination to build something different.
Everything I have done in putting this opportunity together has been with one intention: to create a company where you can earn a sustainable income for your entire career, build a beneficial and abundant retirement plan, and work in an environment that actively protects you from injury. My goal was to build a place where you can truly belong—a career that sustains not just you, but your family as well.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to apply. Let’s build your future together.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:
- Passed the MBLEX exam.
- Active Wisconsin License: Ideally, you already hold this license or can navigate the application independently. However, I know the Wisconsin process can be tricky. If you have passed the MBLEX, do not let the paperwork stop you from applying. I am happy to assist you with the application, and we can take it from there together to get you credentialed.
- CPR Certification. (this will automatically be required as part of obtaining your Wisconsin License)
- Practical Assessment: Willingness to perform a hands-on skills assessment as part of the interview process.
- A heart for service and compassion for others, particularly veterans.
- Coachability and Openness to Feedback: My leadership style is grounded in Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." I do not shy away from giving constructive criticism, nor do I shy away from receiving it. We will work best together if you have an attitude of continuous learning—someone who is open to improving, willing to develop new habits, and views feedback as a necessary tool for growth.
