• Learn, enhance, and assist with the completion and development of department paperwork and reports.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to identify and set clear and ambitious production goals.

• Support the maintenance of accurate inventory and scheduling.
• Ensure an in-depth understanding of customer expectations so our products are never compromised.
• Meticulously and accurately perform quality checks, seeking opportunities to enhance the process.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and effectively manage the entire workflow of the area.
• Help leadership create a climate of accountability at all levels.
• Contribute to and own the safety of all ASTA employees by identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards and setting the example of consistent and proper use of PPE.

• Ensure the team strives for creative solutions while problem-solving that benefit all parties involved.
• Accurately collect and package hardware according to specific model requirements, performing a thorough final inspection before secure closure.
• Stage completed hardware kits and corresponding documentation for efficient and flawless pickup and transfer.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years of previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds, sit, walk, stand, and bend in both the office and the manufacturing facility.
